April 4 (Reuters) - Teho International Inc Ltd  TEHO.SI  
    * TIEC has on 3 April 2017 filed a separate writ of summons 
in High Court Of Singapore against vendors 
    * TIEC is seeking, inter alia, damages and costs of 
approximately s$6.0 million 
    * Filed writ of summons  against vendors due to their breach 
of duties towards TIEC, whilst they were directors of TIEC 
    * TIEC included related co of one of aforesaid two vendors 
in respect of payments of inflated construction costs that 
previously made by TIEC 
    * Refers to co's announcement on co's issuance of writ of 
summons against two vendors of shares in co's unit, TIEC 
holdings pte
