Brief: Teixeira Duarte to manage container terminal in Venezuela

Jan 18 (Reuters) - Teixeira Duarte SA  TDSA.LS : 
    * Said on Tuesday that its wholly-owned unit, Teixeira 
Duarte - Engenharia e Construcoes SA, had signed a strategic 
alliance with Bolivariana de Puertos SA (Bolipuertos) for 
management of a container terminal at Puerto de la Guaira in 
Venezuela 
    * Under the terms of the deal, the company will invest $40 
million and will assume sales, operations, administration, 
preservation and construction works at the terminal for a period 
of 20 years
