Jan 24 (Reuters) - Teixeira Duarte SA  TDSA.LS : 
    * Says its wholly owned units TEDAL SGPS SA and Teixeira 
Duarte Gestao de Participacoes e Investimentos Imobiliarios SA 
have reached an agreement with OZ Energia SA to sell a 50 
percent stake in TDARCOL SGPS SA for 8.3 million euros ($8.9 
million) 
    * Upon the transaction, Teixeira Duarte will stop operating 
in the energy sector
