Change in Accounting Reference Date

 

Tekcapital plc, (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group
focused on creating valuable products from investing in university technology
that can improve people's lives, announces that it is changing its accounting
reference date from 30 November to 31 December.

As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's
reporting calendar will be as follows:

·    Publication of audited accounts for the 13 month period to 31
December 2022, no later than 31 May 2023

·    Publication of unaudited accounts for the 6 month period to 30 June
2023, no later than 30 September 2023

·    Publication of audited accounts for the 12 month period to 31
December 2023, no later than 30 June 2024
