** Co reports Q4 net loss of $48.4 million, or 28 cents per share compared to $28.9 million, or 17 cents per share a year ago

** Reports quarterly adjusted core profit of $74.8 million, missing estimates of $82.20 million, according to estimates compiled by LSEG

** For Q1, co expects revenue to be between $608 million and $629 million, missing estimates of $632.91 million

** Co expects 2025 adj. core profit between $278 million and $319 million, below estimates of $323.89 million

** Results and forecast miss "already low expectations" - TD Cowen

** Brokerage adds turnaround path for co's mental health services segment known as BetterHelp is still not clear
