Teladoc Health falls as Q1 loss widens

** Shares of virtual healthcare provider Teladoc Health Inc
 TDOC.N  fall 4.3% to $12.75 premarket
    ** Co on Thursday after market close reported Q1 net loss of
$81.90 mln, compared with $69.20 mln a year ago 
    ** Reported Q1 revenue of $646.10 mln which beat analysts'
estimates of $637.30 mln, according to LSEG data 
    ** "We are incrementally cautious in response to a Q1 which
beat expectations but left uncertainty about the next several
quarters" said D.A. Davidson analyst Gil Luria
    ** Adds that the co is facing multitude of challenges
ranging from intense competition to executive departures
    ** Up to last close, stock has fallen 38.1% YTD
