** Shares of telehealth firm Teladoc Health TDOC.N rise 3% to $8.86 premarket

** Co late on Thursday posted preliminary Q3 revenue of $626.4 million, above analysts' estimate of $625.9, according to data compiled by LSEG

** TDOC also announced that Mala Murthy will be stepping down as the company's CFO and a search is underway for replacement

** As of last close, TDOC stock was down 5.4% YTD
