NOTICE OF Q2 2014 AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS 
 
Cairo, July 24 2014 :Telecom Egypt (te) (Ticker: ETEL.CA; TEEG.LN)  will be
announcing its Audited Financial Results, according to the Egyptian Accounting
Standards (EAS), for the Second Quarter ended 30th June 2014 on Wednesday, 13
August 2014 at 9:00 AM Cairo time, in both the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX)
and the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
