Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Telecom Plus PLC received notification today from Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, that as a result of one of his children being over the age of 18, 59,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") beneficially owned by this child should no longer form part of his notifiable interest in the Company. This change has not given rise to the disposal of any Ordinary Shares.
Therefore Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 12,933,683 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 3,067,683 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.15 per cent. and 3.83 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company. 
The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest is 16,001,366 shares, representing approximately 19.98 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
