** Shares in Telefonica Deutschland O2Dn.DE fall 5.1%,
after the German telecommunications provider reported a miss on
free cash flow(FCF) for the first quarter
** The company's free cash flow came in at 160 million euros
($176.13 million) compared to 222 million euros ($244.38
million) year earlier
** "FCF decreased by 26% year-on-year and missed consensus
by 27 million euros" Credit Suisse says
** It notes that FCF was impacted by net working capital
(NWC) moves inventories and capex bill payment which rolled over
from last year, adding "but a miss is a miss"
** The stock, on track its worst day since November, hits
the bottom of Germany's mid-cap index .MDAXI
