affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    Spanish fashion company Inditex plans to resume activities
in Venezuela, reopening under a franchise agreement a Zara store
in Caracas in the first half of 2024 after a three-year hiatus,

    Spain's Telefonica  TEF.MC  reached 93.1% of its German unit
Telefonica Deutschland  O2Dn.DE  in a public tender offer, it
said on Monday. The company agreed to buy a 21% stake for about

    A Spanish court has ordered hotel chain Melia to compensate
Latin music star Daddy Yankee and his wife with $908,950 for a
jewellery theft from a hotel room in 2020, court documents
showed on Friday. A Melia spokesperson said the group did not
agree with the judgement and was considering lodging an appeal.
