** Shares in Telefonica Deutschland  O2Dn.DE  drop 3% after
Q2 results, with analysts flagging a miss on Q2 FCF
    ** Material miss on Q2 FCF (by 78%) confirms risk to FY22-24
consensus estimates for the figure, Berenberg says, despite
highlighting a slight 1% beat on consensus for OIBDA
    ** Q2 OIBDA grew by 2.7% yoy to 629 mln euros 
    ** Credit Suisse also notes capex came in 2.5% ahead of
consensus, while FCF was lower by 37%
    ** Stock at the bottom of German midcap index  .MDAXI
