SIGNIFICANT EVENT
Following the Significant Event distributed by Telefnica on August 28, 2014, Telefnica, S.A. informs that Vivendi, S.A. has agreed to grant exclusivity to Telefnica, S.A. and Telefnica Brasil, S.A, for negotiating, during a period of three months,the offer submitted by these companies for the acquisition of the company Global Village Telecom S.A. (GVT).
