** Shares in Vivendi VIV.PA fall around 4% to their lowest since December 2024, after the French entertainment holding firm posted its full-year results
** It said that its portfolio of listed holdings fell to 5.53 billion euros ($6.37 billion) at end-2025 from 6.89 billion euros a year earlier after selling its stakes in Italian and Spanish telecom operators TIM and Telefónica
** "Vivendi has just published poor... results with disappointing profitability figures from Gameloft" says AlphaValue analyst Alexandre Desprez in a note
** While recognising that Gameloft's fourth-quarter performance was "good", Desprez underlines that second-half EBITA declined "heavily" from 20 million euros to 7 million, "well below" the consensus figure of 8.8 million
** Up to the previous session's close, shares were down 16.4% YTD
