VIENNA, Aug 27 (Reuters) - The supervisory board of Austrian
state holdings group OBAG on Friday unanimously picked lawyer
Edith Hlawati as its next chief executive after the resignation
of Thomas Schmid in June, a spokeswoman for OBAG said.

POST.VI and A1 Telekom Austria TELA.VI , two of the companies
Austria holds stakes in. OBAG manages those stakes, along with
others in companies including oil firm OMV OMVV.VI and utility
