DB starts Telekom Austria with 'hold' as fibre, B2B services help it inch ahead

** Deutsche Bank initiates Telekom Austria TELA.VI with a "hold" rating and a PT of 11 euros

** DB says the company keeps inching ahead in challenging markets, especially Austria

** It notes that Telekom Austria is leveraging its growing fibre-optic infrastructure and business-to-business digital services expertise

** It adds that staff costs should be better controlled as inflation is back to near-normal levels in Austria, even if CPI-linked price hikes will help much less from 2025

** The stock is up 0.9% at 0816 GMT, at the top of Austria's benchmark .ATX index
