Kepler cuts Telekom Austria to 'hold' on lacklustre growth

** Kepler Cheuvreux downgrades Telekom Austria  TELA.VI  to
"hold" from "buy", says the company is losing momentum 
    ** Moderate inflation, increased competition in Austria and
modest results from the commercial and Fibre To The Home (FTTH)
segments are expected to prevent superior growth compared to its
peers in the next year, Kepler says
    ** The brokerage says the company's refusal to increase
dividend payout not only makes the stock less appealing in terms
of yield, but also results in an inefficient capital structure,
which can only be understood through a risky M&A strategy
    ** Kepler also cuts PT by 3% to EUR 9 from EUR 9.30  ($9.73)
    ** Out of 8 analysts that cover Telekom Austria AG, two rate
the stock "strong buy" or "buy"​, six rate it "hold"
