** Shares in Norway's Telenor TEL.OL fall around 3% after the telecom's quarterly adjusted EBITDA came a touch below market estimates
** Its Q3 adjusted EBITDA was NOK 9.54 billion ($949.91 million), slightly below the NOK 9.60 billion estimated by analysts in a company-provided poll, which Berenberg said was due mainly to lower NOK-based EBITDA from Asia
** Nordic growth remained strong, driven by Norway, but management also flagged the headwinds set to come from Asia, the broker says
** "We would add that Q4 could see a large impact from FX on Grameenphone NOK-based numbers," Berenberg notes
** If losses hold, Telenor stock sees worst day since April
