Nov 7 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

    EDF  EDF.PA :
    The French energy giant announced the conclusion of an
agreement to acquire GE Steam Power's nuclear business, adding
the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2023.

    French spirits maker on Friday said it had appointed Fahd
Khadraoui as CEO.
    ORPEA  ORP.PA :
    French care homes group plans to ask investors for almost 2
billion euros as part of its debt restructuring, Bloomberg
reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.  
    RENAULT  RENA.PA :
    French carmaker is aiming for 10 billion dollar valuation
for its electric-vehicle business, Bloomberg reported on Friday.
    SANOFI  SASY.PA :
    The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear Amgen Inc's
bid to revive patents on its cholesterol drug Repatha that were
invalidated due to a legal challenge by rivals Regeneron
Pharmaceuticals Inc  REGN.O  and Sanofi. 
    TF1  TFF.PA , Vivendi  VIV.PA :
    French TV groups TF1 and Canal+ struck a distribution deal
on Friday that ends a recent dispute between the two rival
broadcasting groups that had deprived millions of Canal+
subscribers of TF1's free channels for months.
