Tellurian falls on Q4 upstream loss, lower revenue

** Shares of oil and gas firm Tellurian  TELL.A  down 9% to
67 cents premarket
    ** Co reports upstream segment's Q4 loss of $11.3 million,
compared with a profit $47.5 million from a year earlier on
lower natgas prices
    ** Segment's quarterly revenue more than halved at $40.0 mln
from previous year
    ** Quarterly natgas production down 20% to 16.4 billion
cubic feet (Bcf)
    ** Up to last close, shares down 3.2% YTD
