U.S. stocks were poised to open higher on Wednesday as signs of progress in
Ukraine-Russia peace talks lifted sentiment ahead of a widely expected interest
rate hike by the Federal Reserve.  .N  .N/P 
    At 9:18 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.84% at 33,814. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.90% at 4,300.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
