Telstra Corporation Limited - Financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2016
In accordance with the Listing Rules, I enclose the following for immediate release to the market:
1. Appendix 4D - Half-Year Report;
2. Directors' Report;
3. Half-Year Results and Operations Review; and
4. Half-Year Financial Report,
for the half-year ended 31 December 2016 have been sent to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The documents comprise the information required by Listing Rule 4.2A and should be read in conjunction with Telstra's Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2016 and any public disclosures made by Telstra in accordance with the continuous disclosure requirements of the Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001. 
Telstra will conduct an analyst briefing on the half-year results from 9.15am AEDT and a media briefing from 11.00am AEDT. The briefings will be broadcast live by webcast at

A transcript of the analyst briefing will be lodged with the ASX when available.
