Telstra Corporation Limited - Financial Results full year ended 30 June 2023

 

On 1 January 2023 Telstra completed its corporate restructure. The corporate
restructure, which was approved by shareholders and the Court in October 2022,
saw the establishment of a new parent company, Telstra Group Limited, with
four key subsidiaries.

 

In the new legal structure, the previous listed parent entity of the Telstra
Group, Telstra Corporation Limited, operates the InfraCo Fixed business and
has notes quoted on the ASX wholesale debt securities market as well as on SGX
and LSE.

 

In accordance with the Corporations Act, Telstra Corporation Limited is
required to lodge a directors' report, remuneration report and financial
report for the full year ended 30 June 2023. 

 

The directors' report, remuneration report and financial report have been sent
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
