ZURICH, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Banking software company
Temenos TEMN.S on Thursday said it will sell Multifonds, its
fund administration software business, to Montagu Private Equity
in a deal that valued the business at $400 million.
Swiss-based Temenos said the deal, which is expected to be
completed in the second quarter of 2025, was part of its plan to
simplify its product portfolio and achieve above-market growth.
