TEMENOS STANDS OUT IN SUBDUED EARLY TRADING
There's been more excitement in single stocks thanthe headline level in the first hour of trading with the STOXX 600 up a comfortable 0.4%.
More attention has been on Swiss banking software firm Temenos TEMN.S, which fell over 10% after the company announced that it is parting ways with its CEO.
It's a hefty reaction to a management change, but the Street seems confused - never a good sign. "This type of announcement likely raises more questions than answers," is Jefferies' take.
Also emerging market focused fund manager Ashmore also tumbled over 10% at one point after it reported a dip in profits. It walked some of that back and was last down 4.6%. ASHM.L
And with nothing major in terms of scheduled events until U.S. non farm payrolls at 1230 GMT, it could be the single stock moves to watch over the rest of the morning.
