Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has received notice that on 19 October 2021 Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 21,139 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 94.55p per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the purchase, Mr. Cheatle, together with his wife, has a total interest in the Company of 11,185,808 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
