Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global
concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that
it has received notice that on 22 November 2023 Edward Knapp, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 25,612 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 97p per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the purchase, Mr. Knapp has a total interest in the Company of
25,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the total voting rights of the
Company.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation,
