Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global
concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that
it has received notice that Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, today sold
100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 93.5p per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the disposal, Mr. Cheatle, together with his wife, has a total
interest in the Company of 11,085,808 Ordinary Shares, representing 13% of the
total voting rights of the Company. The disposal represents less than 1% of
Mr. and Mrs. Cheatle's combined prior interest in the Company.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation,
provides further details in relation to the disposal of Ordinary Shares.
