Notice of General Meeting and Proposed Change of Name

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge technology platform
driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium
brands, announces its intention to change its name to Ten Technologies Group
plc, subject to approval by its shareholders at a general meeting of the
Company (the "General Meeting") to be held on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 12.30
p.m. at the Company's offices at Level 9, Regent's Place, 338 Euston Road,
London NW1 3BG.

 

The proposed change of name reflects the Company's evolution since IPO into a
technology-driven leader in customer experience. Ten's proprietary digital
platform and AI-enabled services now underpin its delivery to members
worldwide and support new business wins. The new name reflects the central
role of technology in the Company's operations, products and growth strategy.

 

The proposed change of name is subject to shareholder approval and the issue
of a change of name certificate by Companies House. The Company's TIDM (TENG)
and ISIN (GB00BF188X60) will remain unchanged. Existing share certificates
will remain valid and no new certificates will be issued.

 

Following registration of the change of name, the Company's website
(containing the information required by AIM Rule 26) will be updated to
reflect the new name, with further details announced at that time.

 

The proposed name change will be presented as a special resolution at the
General Meeting. Details of the General meeting, including the time and venue,
will be included in the Notice of General Meeting alongside a form of proxy,
which will be dispatched to shareholders today and made available on the
