Result of AGM &

Non-Executive Board Changes

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the platform driving customer loyalty for
global financial institutions and other premium brands, announces that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held at 11:00am today, all resolutions were
duly passed.

 

The results of the proxy votes received in relation to the resolutions will be
made available on the Company's website

Following the announcement on 8 November 2023, Gillian Davies, Non-executive
Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, has stepped down from
the Board after more than a six year tenure, having secured an orderly
succession.

 

Edward Knapp, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role as Chair of the
Audit & Risk Committee and Carolyn Jameson will be appointed to the
Nomination Committee.

 

The Board is confident that its composition is well-equipped to meet the
evolving needs of our business as we move into the next stage of development.
