Result of General Meeting

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge technology platform
driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium
brands, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held
earlier today, the special resolution to change the Company's name to Ten
Technologies Group plc was duly passed.

 

The change of name will become effective upon registration at Companies House.
A further announcement will be made once the change of name has become
effective. The Company's TIDM (TENG) and ISIN (GB00BF188X60) will remain
unchanged.

 

The proxy votes received in relation to the resolution will be made available
on the Company's website at
