Ten wins new contract with a private bank in the Middle East

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge technology platform
driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium
brands, is pleased to announce that it has won a multi-year contract with a
private bank in the Middle East.

 

Ten will soon launch a digitally-enabled concierge and lifestyle programme for
the High Net Worth clients of a private bank in the Middle East. The programme
will include a bespoke loyalty offering exclusive to these members, supported
by a data integration project. It is initially expected to be a Medium(1)
contract.

 

This win further strengthens Ten's presence and scale in the Middle East,
where our strong pipeline supports continued growth.

 

Alongside recently announced contract wins and a strong pipeline of further
opportunities, this contract is expected to support revenue growth in FY 2026.

value paid, or expected to be paid, by the corporate client for the provision
of concierge and related services by Ten as: Small contracts (below £0.25m);
Medium contracts (between £0.25m and £2m); Large contracts (between £2m and
£5m); and Extra Large contracts (over £5m). This does not include the
revenue generated from suppliers through the provision of concierge services.
