Ten appoints new Global Chief Technology Officer
 
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, today announces the appointment of Francesco de Marchis to the new role of global Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Francesco has over 20 years' experience as a technology and engineering leader. He will lead the expansion of the Ten digital platform across all regions, whilst focussing on increased functionality, customisation, and personalisation.
Francesco will join Ten from Jac Travel in September 2018 where, as Group CTO, he was responsible for IT and digital strategy, supporting 600 employees worldwide.  Francesco has previously worked at Play.com, Orbitz and Oracle. He has a customer-focused mentality with deep sector knowledge of the multi-vertical, global travel and leisure space as well as a keen interest and experience in personalised service in a digital environment.
Francesco will be reporting directly into the CEO and will work alongside Sally Crimes, Ten's CPO.
This appointment is in line with Ten's commitment to invest in and develop its technology platforms in order to fuel its global expansion.
