Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it received notification on 3 December 2019 that Alan Donald, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.19 per share, on 3 December 2019.
 
Following the purchase, Mr Donald, together with his wife, have a total interest in the Company of 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
