Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it received notice on 4 April 2020 that Andrew Long, Chief Operational Officer and Chief Executive Officer (Asia), purchased 111,815 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.00p per Ordinary Share, on 3 April 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr Long has a total interest in the Company of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.96% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company also received notice on 3 April 2020 that Alan Donald, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 43,114 Ordinary Shares in the Company into an ISA by selling 43,401 Ordinary Shares at 46.20p and purchasing 43,114 Ordinary Shares into the ISA at 46.27p, on 3 April 2020.
 
Following this sale and purchase, Mr Donald, together with his wife, has a total interest in the Company of 100,354 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
