Italy is aiming to develop its own low-orbit satellites for
government communications, its industry minister said on
Wednesday, presenting it as an alternative to systems provided
by U.S. billionaire Elon Musk.

Orders for Italy's new retail-only 'BTP Plus' bond have
reached 12 billion euros ($12.49 billion), Milan bourse data
showed on Wednesday.
Treasury continues offer of eight-year 'BTP Piu' bonds [BTP
Valore family] dedicated to retail investors with the
possibility of early repayment of the principal; ends on Feb.
21, subject to early closure.

Members of the consultation agreement between Italian
shareholders in Mediobanca have rejected MPS' takeover bid,
Mediobanca said in a statement. The share of capital represented

committed, revolving, sustainability-linked credit facility
