COMPANIES INTESA SANPAOLO ISP.MI, UNICREDIT CRDI.MI, BANCO BPM BAMI.MI The three listed banks have been identified as other systemically important institutions (O-SIIs), the Bank of Italy said on Friday, and as of January 1, 2026, will have to maintain an O-SII buffer of 1.25%, 1.25% and 0.50% respectively, of their total risk-weighted exposure. ICRREA and BNP Paribas' BNPP.PA Italian unit BNL were also identified as O-SIIs. SNAM SRG.MI The Italian gas grid operator said on Friday it had scrapped plans to acquire a minority stake in Germany's largest independent gas transmission firm, amid resistance from the German economy ministry. AVIO AVI.MI (*) The Italian rocket maker said on Monday it had signed a contract with its partner ArianeGroup for the supply of solid rocket motors for the European heavy launcher Ariane 6 items until 2029. The total value of the order intake exceeds 200 million euros for Avio, it said. The European Space Agency on Friday signed two Launchers Exploitation Arrangements, one for Arianespace and ArianeGroup's Ariane 6 and another for Avio's Vega C rocket launcher, the Italian rocket maker said. TENARIS TENR.MI The Italian steel pipe maker on Saturday announced the second tranche of a $1.2 billion buyback programme. (*) FIERA MILANO FIMI.MI The fairs and exhibitions company will in the coming months buy an exhibition stand construction company, and an event organizer in India, CEO Francesco Conci said in an interview with the economy supplement of La Repubblica daily, Affari & Finanza. He said Fiera was looking at investing in India and Brazil. DIARY Rome, Industry Ministry hosts meeting on the fashion industry.
