Adds OpenAI-Alphabet, Walgreens; updates Brown & Brown, La Perla

June 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Tuesday:

** Pharmacy chain Walgreens and reality star turned entrepreneur Kourtney Kardashian are among those picking over the remaining assets in Rite Aid's bankruptcy, according to two people familiar with the matter. nL1N3SC0W3

** OpenAI plans to add Alphabet's GOOGL.O Google cloud service to meet its growing needs for computing capacity, three sources told Reuters, marking a surprising collaboration between two prominent competitors in the artificial intelligence sector. nL6N3SD0NC

** China's Tencent Music Entertainment Group <1698.HK> said it would buy domestic long-form audio platform Ximalaya  for about $2.4 billion in cash and stock, expanding its library of content to attract more paying users.nL4N3SD0O4

** Insurance broker Brown & Brown  will buy rival Accession Risk Management in a $9.83 billion deal, the companies said, adding to a string of mega-mergers in recent years as industry players look to consolidate. nL4N3SD0OU

** Italy's troubled luxury lingerie company La Perla will be rescued and taken over by Peter Kern, the former chief executive of U.S. travel technology company Expedia, the Italian government said on Tuesday. nL8N3SD11L

** Kering Eyewear has agreed to buy Italian sunglass lens maker Lenti from Safilo , the unit of French luxury group Kering said, as it pushes for greater control of its supply chain. nL1N3SD08P

** Spanish engineering firm Sacyr  has agreed to sell its stake in three toll roads in different regions of Colombia for $1.6 billion, the company said, as it raises cash to expand in the United States. nL8N3SD08J

** Walt Disney  said on Monday it has completed its purchase of Hulu, agreeing to pay NBCUniversal an additional $438.7 million for its stake in the streaming service.nL6N3SC0PB
