** Shares of Tennant Minerals  TMS.AX  rise as much as 4.2%
to A$0.025, highest since April 16
    ** Mineral explorer says high copper and gold concentrate
grades found in test work at Bluebird project in the Northern
territory
    ** TMS set for best day since May 16, if gains hold     
    ** Over 3.3 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 2.1 mln    
    ** Stock down 27.3% YTD, as of last close
