** Citi Research initiates Tenneco Clean Air India TENN.NS with "buy" rating and PT of 650 rupees

** Stock rises 6.2% to 547.15 rupees

** Citi says its rating for TENN reflects attractive revenue growth prospects, strong parentage of Tenneco Group, and healthy return ratios

** Says TENN has access to global technology as it is part of Tenneco Group

** "Additionally, orders from Tenneco’s other locations could also be transferred to Tenneco Clean Air India, significantly boosting exports," Citi adds

** YTD, TENN up 6.8%
