Notice of Annual General Meeting

TRA announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at
11:30 a.m. on 28 December 2023 at 1 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington,
London SW7 3HZ.

The Notice of AGM, Chairman's Letter and Form of Proxy (including instructions
for completing the same) will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the
AGM documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at
www.tertrerougeassets.com (http://www.tertrerougeassets.com) .

If any shareholders intend to attend the AGM in person (or appoint someone to
attend on their behalf), please provide prior confirmation by email to
info@tertrerougeassets.com (mailto:info@tertrerougeassets.com)  before 11:30
a.m. on 22 December 2023 to allow the Company to plan appropriately.
