Announcement of Indicative and Early Results of a Tender Offer
Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC (TCTS) hereby notes the announcements made today by its parent company, Tesco PLC, in respect of the indicative results of its separate invitations to holders of its outstanding Tesco PLC 600,000,000 5.125 per cent. Notes due 2047, 200,000,000 6 per cent. Notes due 2029, 200,000,000 5.50 per cent. Notes due 2033, 300,000,000 4.875 per cent. Notes due 2042 and 500,000,000 5.20 per cent. Notes due 2057 (together, the Notes) to tender their Notes for purchase by the Company for cash and the early results of the cash tender offer for up to $300,000,000 6.150% Senior Securities due 2037 (the Senior Securities), (the Announcements). 
TCTS has made this announcement to ensure that holders of its listed securities are fully appraised of Tesco PLC's Announcements.
