TESCO PLC PRELIMINARY RESULTS 2016/17 and approval of DEFERRED PROSECUTION AGREEMENT 
Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC (TCTS) hereby notes the following announcements made by its parent company, Tesco PLC: 
i) an announcement made this morning in respect of Tesco PLC's preliminary results 2016/17 (the Preliminary Results Announcement); and 
ii) an announcement made on 10 April 2017 regarding the approval of a deferred prosecution agreement with the UK Serious Fraud Office regarding historic accounting practices of Tesco Stores Limited (the DPA Announcement). 
TCTS has made this announcement to ensure that holders of its listed securities are fully appraised of Tesco PLC's announcements.
