In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R), Tesco PLC notes that Caroline
Silver, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a
Non-executive Director of Barratt Developments PLC with effect from 1 June
2023. It is also noted that Caroline Silver will succeed John Allan as
Non-Executive Chair of Barratt Developments PLC on 6 September 2023.
