DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been notified that Deanna Oppenheimer,Non-executive Directorof the Company, has transferred 36,167 American Depositary Receipts in the Company ("ADRs"), previously held in the Depository Trust Company, into a registered holding in her own name to facilitate voting of the ADRs.
The ADRs will be held in the Deutsche Bank Global Direct Investor Services Program. One ADR is equivalent to three Ordinary Shares of5 penceeach in the Company.
