In accordance with the scheme rules, on 15 November 2017 Tesco PLC (the "Company") granted to Jason Tarry an option over 10,714 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, at an option price of 168.00 pence per share.
The Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme is a UK all employee share scheme.
