DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

Tesco PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 4 May 2022, Andrew Yaxley,
a member of the Company's Executive Committee, transferred 272,449 Ordinary
shares of 6⅓ pence each in the Company to Sinead Yaxley, a person closely
associated with him for nil consideration.
