1.   Grant of Options under the Tesco PLC Savings-Related Share Option
Scheme (2021)

 

On 11 December 2023, the persons listed below were granted options over
Ordinary shares of 6⅓ pence each in the Company under the Company's
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (2021) at an option price of 220.00 pence
per share.
