1. Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP")

The Company has been notified that on 22 November 2024, the following Director
of the Company acquired a further interest in the Company's Ordinary shares of
6 1/3 pence as a result of their participation in the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") directly or through a nominee service as set out
below:
