Services Europe DAC £15,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme unconditionally and
irrevocably guaranteed in the case of Notes issued by each of Tesco Corporate
Treasury Services PLC and Tesco Corporate Treasury Services Europe DAC by
Tesco PLC.
